How can I pay for my order?

You can safely pay for your order with iDEAL, Visa, PayPal, or via Buckaroo. Prefer to pay in person? You are very welcome to pick up your order in the store and pay there.

How do I return my order?

Returns are possible within the return period and are at the customer's expense. Would you like to exchange? That’s possible! The cost of returning the item is yours, but we will send the exchanged item to you free of charge.

What is the delivery time for my order?

We usually ship your order within 1 business day. For custom-made or special orders, the delivery time may be a bit longer.
